How we use information

We use the information you submit to review your request, prepare or discuss an estimate, schedule and provide services, respond to questions, and maintain business records.

Photos and property information

Photos and property details are used to understand access, surfaces, buildup, and the requested cleaning areas. Please do not submit images containing information you do not want us to review.

Website data

Our website and its service providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, and site activity for security, performance, and analytics.

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that support website hosting, forms, communications, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, or other business operations. You may ask us to update or remove information you previously submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You can also choose not to provide optional information, although that may limit our ability to assess a project remotely.
